Labourer - Warminster

We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable Labourers for a major Centre Parcs refurbishment project. This is a physically demanding role on a large-scale site, so candidates must be prepared for heavy manual work and long hours.

You will be working as part of a team carrying out refurbishment works across lodges and other facilities within the Centre Parcs resort. Duties will include supporting various trades on site, assisting with the movement of materials, keeping work areas organised, helping with deliveries, and carrying out general labouring duties as required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and willing to work as part of a busy site team.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness certificate preferred (guidance can be provided if required)
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekend work
• Must be able to drive due to the location of the site
• Driving licence required for site parking and security access
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team

Duties

• Assisting tradespeople with the refurbishment of lodges and site facilities
• Moving and distributing materials across the site
• General labouring and site support duties
• Assisting with strip-out, fit-out, and refurbishment works as required
• Maintaining clean, organised, and safe working areas
• Supporting site operations as directed by site management
